Throughout my service as a Bonneville County Judge, protection of the community was my highest priority.

Every day I made decisions that made our citizens and community safer.  I collaborated with law enforcement regularly and led innovative programs that punished criminals and protected victims.  By upholding law and order in my courtroom, I directly enhanced public safety and fostered respect for the rule of law.

As a sixth generation Idahoan, I live a short walk away from where one set of great grandparents homesteaded here in Bonneville County.

The land they homesteaded is still used for agriculture purposes today, but it is rapidly disappearing under housing developments.  I have a stake in making sure our future growth is responsible and fiscally sound while protecting the rights of property owners.  We must prepare for the future with foresight if we want to preserve our way of life.

Bonneville County is on solid financial footing, thanks to the leadership of prior county commissioners.  The future needs shaping, and my core values of fiscal responsibility and community collaboration will  build on the already sound foundation that was decades in the making.
